New Homes - New Builds

We take full responsibility for new builds ... from start to finish.

One of the hardest things to do, is to manage the building of your new dream home, while still doing your own full time job. This is where we come in. We take the stress out of the process for you.

We manage all parts and processes of the New Build, from working with your Architect in the planning stage, to removing the last bit of rubble outside so you can move in.

Once you have done a new build with us, you will definitely want to do another, because it is just so easy.

Managing Subcontractors

We manage all subcontractors, so that there can never be a case of no one taking responsibility for problems occurring on site.

We also make sure that the right work is done at the right time and properly manage the timing and quality of the process. The is especially necessary when there are a number of role players taking part.

Quoting for these jobs, is done by us seeing the plan that the Architect has drawn up for your new house, together with the specs that the different engineers have prescribed.

We take all this information, draw up a bill of quantities, write a document describing how the actual process will work, and then give you a final price with all the bits and pieces included.

From levels of land, to foundations, from roofing to tiling and windows, we do it all. No mess no fuss, just pure quality work!
